Many years ago, Cebaldo bade farewell to his family, who are members of Panama’s indigenous population. Now, working in a town of northern Portugal, he is overcome by nostalgia every evening. In his loneliness, memories take him away from his daily routine, and immerse him in a journey back to his village in Guna Yala, where a botanical doctor confronts him with the impossibility of returning to the past. A research into pre-colonial stories and myths built this movie that mixes poetic texts with images.
