A family on a barge travels down the river and stops to get medicine for their sick daughter. Inhabitants of the Po Valley delta prepare for a storm. An atmospheric documentary that portrays the inhabitants of a setting that Antonioni would return to in “The Outcry” (1957).
The short film "People of the Po Valley" will be presented together with the screenings of the film "Zabriskie Point".
