A biographical drama that explores part of the life of Mariel Mariscot, a former Rio de Janeiro police officer during the 1960s and 70s. Mariscot gained notoriety for his involvement with the Scuderie Detetive Le Cocq, an unofficial organization formed by police officers during Brazil’s military dictatorship, which became the country’s most infamous death squad. The film portrays the journey of the cop-turned-bandit through the perspective of characters whose lives were impacted by their close relationship with him: actress Darlene Glória, police officer Tigrão, performer Rogéria, journalist José Gonçalves, his niece Soninha, among others.
