Is there anyone in the world who can say they chose the country they were born? There are those who live on the border, so they can go from one country to another at the stretch of an arm. But what is the purpose of a border, by the way? This film was put together from TV images that are broadcast daily on TV and flash by right before our eyes as if they meant nothing. The director reused and reedited these images so that they could be exhibited at a much slower pace, and thus be better grasped and understood.
