Ciro is a boy living in one of those makeshift residential complexes on the outskirts of Naples, built after the 1980 earthquake. With the buildings and corridors lacking in comfort in any shape or form, youngsters such as he and his friend Bertuccielo eventually opt for the dangerous choice of survival in the streets. Together, Ciro and Bertucciello are going to hold up drivers at traffic lights in the streets of Naples.
