Hope, a little girl of seven leaves the house when her parents fight. She is desperate until she sees an image of herself at the age of 27. The woman gives her a secure, confident feeling. Hope is comforted by the image of this woman; however, she does not realize that her image as a child is also comforting to the woman she will be in the future.
