Ten sequences in the emotional life of six women and the challenges they are beset with at one particular time in their lives. Ten episodes set on different days, but always in the same car belonging to a young woman. Divorced and newly-married to another man, she has one child from the first marriage who ceaselessly accuses her of not behaving according to the moral code in Iran. In addition to her son, she gives a lift to various women: a prostitute, a young girl in love, a lady, to make up a sensitive portrayal of womanhood in Iran.
