Forest Walkers (2003)
Sobre o filme
North of Bohemia, in the sixties. Friends Rufus and Cercil spend most of the time strolling about the city. Rufus regards himself as a vagabond and begins to date Puklice, a rebel and step-daughter of a high official. Cercil lives close to the station and has a fondness for trains. He falls in love with Greta, a solitary, neurotic woman. After a fight, both friends spend some months in jail and dream of emigrating. When they are set free, Cercil leaves for Australia, and Rufus decides to stay on and make preparations for his wedding to Puklice, who is pregnant. Cercil returns from his trip and has a daughter with Greta. Rufus and Cecil arrange for their son and daughter to be betrothed while they are still children. In the course of time, the characteristics of the parents eventually bring difficulties in the up-bringing of the children.
