In Eldorado, an imaginary country, the poet Paulo Martins, on the verge of death, recalls his participation in political fights. Torn between two aspirants to power and manipulated by multinational Explint, he agonizes without being to resolve the inconsistencies of Eldorado and his own contradictions.
