Born in 1971, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She graduated in Journalism from PUC in Rio de Janeiro. She began her professional career at MTV and later worked as a producer and project researcher. In 2004, she directed the short films "Os Oficineiros da Inclusão", and "O Aprendiz e o Mestre". In 2006, she was the general director for the series "Programa Especial". "Three Blood Brothers", her first feature, was presented at the 30th Mostra.
