Born in Paris in 1961. He studied literature and film and has directed a dozen short films. He made the feature films, for television and cinema, Drancy Avenir (1996), Adieu (2003), Parc (2008), American Dust (2011), Age of Uprising: The Legend of Michael Kohlhaas (2013) and Orphan (2016), presented at film festivals such as Locarno, Venice, Toronto, San Sebastián and Cannes.
