Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1987. She is a filmmaker based in New York and wrote and directed three short films as a student in the MBA/MFA dual-degree program at NYU: "Tuesday" (2015), "Blue Christmas" (2017), and "Laps" (2017). "Aftersun" is her first feature.
