Chie Hayakawa
Born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1976. Her short films include "Identify This Girl" (2000), "What You Are Holding is not an Apple" (2000), "Vajra/Vajra (2001)", "Photography of Zero (2003)", "Niagara" (2914)", and "May in the Winter (2016)". "Plan 75" is her feature debut.
