Born in São Paulo in 1976. She graduated in journalism, and got a post- graduation degree in journalism by Northwestern University, and a creative writing degree by Vera Cruz Institut. She worked for 18 years in several press vehicles. She has written audiovisual screenplays since 2010, which includes the screenplay for the short film Timing (2010), presented at Annecy Film Festival and awarded in several national and international film festivals.The documentary A Samurai in Sao Paulo is her full-lenght debut.
