Born in Germany in 1973, and grew up between the USA, France and England. She returned to her home country to study direction at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin (DFFB). Among her films are the shorts “XX to XY: Fighting to Be Jake” (2002) and “Sundays” (2003), as well as the feature films “Molly’s Way” (2005), “The Stranger in Me” (2008), “Kill Me” (2012, 36th Mostra), “3 Days in Quiberon” (2018, 42nd Mostra) and “More Than Ever” (2022, 46th Mostra), presented and awarded at film festivals like Cannes, Berlin and Mar del Plata.
