She is an actress and filmmaker born in Limera, São Paulo, Brazil, in 1978. Filmmaker, researcher and actress, Master in Audiovisual Media and Processes from USP, and graduated in cinema from FAAP. For 7 years, she was a member of Grupo Macunaíma, directed by Antunes Filho. She debuted as an actress with the lead role in A Hidden Life (2001), by Suzana Amaral. She starred in four short films, such as Doppelgänger (2012), presented at the Critics’ Week at Cannes Film Festival. She also acted in Carandiru (2003), Nina (2004), Olga (2004), Clarisse or Something About Us (2015), amongst others. She directed four short films, besides the feature for television Irina (2012). In 2022, she was one of the directors of the original series Além do Guarda-Roupa, still unreleased. The Basement of Scream Street is her first theatrical feature film as a director.
