Born in 1971 in Besançon, France. In 2008, Ursula Meier directed her first fictional feature film "Home", which was selected at the Cannes Critics` Week and won numerous international awards. She also directed "Sister" (2012), winner of a Silver Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival, a segment in the collective film "Bridges of Sarajevo" (2014, 38th Mostra), and "Diary of My Mind" (2018), directed as part of the RTS-Arte TV film series "Shock Waves".
