Tadpole (2002)
Sobre o filme
Oscar Grubman is a boy of fifteen who is outstanding : precocious: he is sensitive, speaks French fluently and adores Voltaire. The boy’ feelings are also untoward: he would like to win an older woman. The problem is that, in addition to being older, she is his stepmother, Eve. His adventures do not stop there: Diane, Eve’ best friend, is interested in Oscar, and he now faces a dilemma: he would like to explore and deepen his feelings for Eve but, at the same time, he will not forfeit his involvement with Diane. The film brought Gary Winick the prize as best director at the Sundance Festival.
